    Pre-conference Coaching Intensive

Join us on Monday, May 19th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm before the Annual Conference in Muncie for an all day coaching workshop!

Coaching intensives are amazing, but often expensive. CDPI is proud to offer a similar experience for only $75 with your conference participation or $100 if not attending the annual conference.

Whether you’re new to coaching or have been doing it for years, this will be a great opportunity to dive into coaching. What makes it different than advising? What makes it effective? Through this session, you’ll answer these questions and develop strategies to enhance your active listening skills and ability to ask thought provoking questions, with plenty of time to practice.

    • Understand the coaching approach/model
    • Improve active listening
    • Develop powerful questions
    • Practice coaching with colleagues

This session will be facilitated by Bryan Hart, a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Bryan coordinates a credentialed coach training program, should participants wish to continue their education and pursue a certification.

    When: Monday May 19th, 10am – 5pm

Where: Madjax Maker Force location: 515 E Main St, Muncie, IN 47305

How: Register independently or as part of your conference registration

    Bonus Pre-conference Networking Event!

Join us for a pre-conference networking event on Monday, May 19th at 5:00 pm at The Guardian Brewing Company, located at MadJax in downtown Muncie! The Guardian is located in the same building as the pre-conference Coaching Intensive.

CDPI will offer a limited number of drink tickets that will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. All conference registrants are welcome to come!

We hope to see you there!
