Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the conference. Water, iced tea, and lemonade will be available throughout the conference. 

Lunch will be provided for attendees of the Pre-Conference Coaching Intensive on May 19th. 

Lodging:

The Ball State Hotel, located on the top floor of the Ball State Student Center (conference location) has partnered with us to offer limited room availability at a discounted rate. Block discounts are available pending space for reservations made

prior to April 28th.

Parking:

Garage parking is available immediately behind the conference location (Student Center) at 312 N College Ave. Members can park in the garage and receive a hang tag parking permit upon checking in to the conference.

 

Ball State Hotel guests will gain access to lot parking near the building’s west entrance.

Accessibility:

The LA Pittenger is ADA compliant, with all floors accessible via elevator and the north entrance facing University (the front of the building) being accessible to chair users.
