Zoom Out: A State Perspective on the Education and Workforce Ecosystem through Partnerships, Programs, and Practice

Presenters Dr. Todd Hurst and Sally Saydshoev from the Institute for Workforce Excellence will chat with CDPI members about their unique perspective on the employment landscape in Indiana. Participants will:

1. Be informed of the most recent results of the employer/employee survey conducted by IWE and the IN Chamber of Commerce with over 900 responses
2. Learn about the initiatives of IWE to help drive and support businesses and education institutions obtain and develop talent through regionalism, partnerships, and programs
3. Dive deeper into the Talent Resource Navigator and how educational institutions can be a resource and help individuals navigate a busy workforce and education ecosystem
