What is a better Valentine than a self-care session?
Back by popular demand from the Spring 2021 Conference, the Board of Directors would like to invite you all to a Chair Yoga stretch break.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga. It can be done while sitting in the chair or standing while using the chair for support. Chair yoga helps tired and stiff hips, legs, lower back, and shoulders which can be a result of sitting for an extended period of time. Breathing techniques are also incorporated into the flow which helps to bring a sense of clarity, concentration, and calmness to the body.
